My Boogie VTwin rack has a super useful presence knob as well as EQ. It's interactive tone section is dang cool.

A lot don't care for the VTwin but a lot do (the clean isn't what brings it's milkshake to the yard though.)

That and my chromed 20/20 power amp are still in great shape.

I seem to recall he was getting nicer, but for someone who said he was taking his ball and leaving then reappearing over and over...he could definitely toss some negative energy around

Knowledge-wise, he did know amps from what I recall.

Salvation S150 comes to mind, It's pretty versatile and I think it would cover this in fine form.

We are a community with shared GAS...some more so than others. I'm happy with my modules and have 2 that have been waiting for $ and am definitely getting them modded as long as we have JF and Salvation to rely on. Synergy is very interesting, but I can't see replacing what my mods do (maybe I'm wro...

The Mesa 20:20 uses EL 84's, and there is a mod where you can add or have a deep switch added.

There are some posts on this on quite a few places;

Just search google for this or something similar.

I really like my Egnator 2x12. It's oversized, and has a removable panel in the back for that open tone option. The stock speakers are made custom by celestion for Eggie, each 80 watt. They don't color the sound much to what I hear, but I bought it with a Tourmaster head, and later kept when I sold ...

I'd recommend on of the Focusrite Saffire USB interfaces. They sound great, and have impressive specs for around $50 more then the PreSonus.

I see no reason to ditch. The set up I have sounds great. I'd love a lighter lb powered 2 module head using the renegade concept for a versatile power section. But I guess that's not on the books at this time. Of course I'm thrilled the new gear will be backwards compatible, and am personally lucky ...

If vintage Orange is the target the Salvation Graphic OR is great.

I also highly recommend the Stonerverb. I have this in the "Starz" version (has some extra switches), and there are a few customized versions Anthony makes there.

I'm a big fan for how right these feel and sound.

As for the very nice guitar, it's quite possible she's endorsed by the company.
