There is a bit of a blanket effect, but knowing now that you like slightly darker tones this seems like you got the exact tone you were shooting for. I love how tight and punchy the tone is. Please drop some King's X on the next one :)

I forgot to mention the cab is a Bogner oversized 2x12 closed back loaded with V30s. The recording is very convoluted process :) I do a direct capture with my Sony DCR-TVR10 Camcorder to my computer to AVI. Then I use some computer recording software to extract the audio from the AVI and save...

Here are some clips of my Mod50 as it stands right now with the VX and EG5 modules in it. As usual, I didn't give myself enough time and ended up doing the clips in a hurry :) I'm not super happy with how they came out, especially the EG5 stuff. I just couldn't get it to capture the full vibe...
