Does anyone have any experience with analog spring reverb pedals paired with an RM4? I tried a Vanamps Sole-Mate, but it's very noisy when used in front of the RM4, but way to quite in the loop. It also doesn't work too well with high-gain modules...anything higher than a plexi gets too ugly...

I've got an SL+ in the 3rd slot of my RM4. I use it about 75% of the time. I like it so much I bought a second for gigmods to tweak. It's got a great high gain sound without over saturating.

I had the same issue with my clean module, as well. Even happened during a gig. In the middle of the set, I pulled the module and re-seated it which seems to fix it. But, the problem returned just the other day in my basement. So, I guess I have to pull it and examine it more closely.

That's too weird. I had the same experience. After 6mos of monkeying around with the E570 (I did like the clean and crunch channels, but not the lead channels so much) I picked up a RM4 and loaded with: Clean Plexi SL+ 1086 I do have the XTC, Ultra, Ultra XL, and a Treadplate modules, but...

I run a volume, wah, and Keeley modded TS808 in front of my RM4. But I have an analog delay and stereo chorus after the preamp (not in the effects loop) and before the poweramp. The stereo chorus' 2 outs feed into a Mesa 20/20 which in turn feeds a stereo wired 2x12 cab. I get a nice wide...

At the risk of asking an already answered question...anyone here running two or more RM4's in their rig? If so, what do you use for switching? What power amp are you using? THX, PJ
