I have a question about running 2 cabs. I have 2 2x12 8ohm cabs. So I plug one into the main and one into extension, do I switch it to 8 or 16 ohm. I assume either way, if I keep it at 8 ohm the head will be fine since the impedence is lower coming out of the cab.

We are playing a local bar 13th and 14th. The RM100KH to get another workout:)

Which 2 do I pull to do that. I have to change the switch to lower the ohm to the cab also? I use an 8ohm cab and would use the 4ohm setting, right? On another note, I have a bunch of EL34's I was thinking about trying. What would I expect to hear from a tube change?
