Any ideas what could be causing the rm4 to cut out? My rig has started this recently, I thought it was the rt2/50 as it was damaged in shipping but this may not be the case as it sounds exactly like the issue with your rm4. Annoying more than anything, but a problem all the same.

I can confirm this, as i bought one off ebay awhile ago think it was an RF4, and turned out to be an RF4-G3 footswitch, they use a 6 pin cable not a conventional midi 5 or 7 pin

I should also point out that the guy with the crate amp played alot of death metal and it worked great, nice and tight. My band with him was more thrash still worked great

So, took it into Frank the amp tech, he said he'll have it going but itll take him a couple of weeks as he has abit of work on. He has never seen or heard one, but he was pretty interested in mts once I told him all about it. And now I just sit back and wait for a couple of weeks for him to work...

Hey guys, wouldnt it be possible to copy the V2 effects circuit? These amps have input/output controls on the effects loop, and it works great. Im not an electrically knowledgeable person but I would think the principles are the same from amp to amp?
