Both amps have 2x6L6, one is rated at 30w and the other at 15w (which is more like 20 I'd say). Logic would say that the Syn-30 is more powerful, I haven't played the Syn-30 so I can't really say.

In the past I've gigged with a mesa 20/20, an Egnater Rebel 30 and a PRS MTS15, no issues filling a small club. You do need at least a loud 1x12 or a 2x12. If you're reinforcing with a PA that's even better I imagine the Syn30 would be in the same league as the MT15 given that it has 2 x 6L6.

I would contact Synergy directly and ask about that sticker. They should be able to check the serial number. Also, did you buy this from a store or from reputable seller from either Reverb or evilbay?

The Ecstasy can do a good edge of breakup clean. The pre-eq and schizo switches of each channel will interact slightly with the other channel, some people have an issue with this, personally it doesn't bother me. You won't be using the red channel for a crushing metal tone so I think you'd be fine.

A lot of people have asked for this before but the consensus seems to be that those sounds can be achieved with single coils and a compressor. I have an Egnater Twin and Deluxe that can do that job better than other clean module I've tried. I haven't tried the Randall clean or the KH-1 though.

The JF super clean will get you there, but it will still breakup a little bit (jut a bit) with hot enough humbuckers.

To achieve what you want you'll need two SYN-2 since you can only do one module at a time. The SYN-2 will output identical signals on its L and R outputs.
