How about a real xtc.. I have a rm 100 in the shop right now - I have a recto , xtc , modern , blackface and plexi mod , The rm 100 has to be one of the crappiest built amps I have ever owned!!! Tung - the xtc mod - seems to be pretty good.. Just buy one , their not that much.. got mine...

I don't think it's a blown fuse... You can slave the head out - it works , plug into the return and you get sound.. the signal seems like it's not getting from the preamp to the power section z

Check out the site HUGE RACKS Inc.. - great guitar rack info.. Make sure that each unit is isolated - ie not touching each other... I would pull everything out of the rack .. Hook it all up - see if there are any more problems. Many times alot of preamps don't like to be near - other wall warts...
