T2, V2, 5150, Which modules/mods?

Hey good people! I am looking for the best modules or mods to get the sounds of the Peavey 5150/6505, I have heard of the Salvation S1S0 and the JadedFaith PV VIL, which one is the most authentic, are there others? Also, I really want to get something that does the sound of the Randall T2, T2HH, V2 amps...are the Ultra and Ultra XL modules based on these? Thanks for the assistance!
