Hey guys, awesome resource and community.

just picked up a RM100 head and loving it, It came with a Treadplate, Mr Scary, Ultra Lead and Super V. Not sure on what mods to get fbut I'm thinking I'll get a foglifter first. So yeah hello

How are you going with the Modules , Im looking for a good lead module
what do you think of the Mr Scary module ?
It looks good on paper but I havent heard one in person

It's ok, I don't mind it for a mid - hi gain Marshallish rhythm, that being said as a lead channel I can cut thru a bands mix very easy with it. Bugger all bottom end, mids are strong and the highs can be a little shrill if you scoop the mids, tons of gain. I just got a pair of Eminece Super Vs for my 412 and a rm50combo cheap from cashies so I'm curious to see how that goes with them. But it doesn't really sing for me as of yet. Take everything I say with a grain of salt I've only had a ultra lead and a modded tread plate to compare in the mts world (waiting on a snakebite in the mail) but I have a DSL which I like a lot less if that gives you any idea.

So not much bottom end with the Mr Scary? ..that's interesting

DSL's can sound good but I find them a bit thin for my tastes

I like my tone fat and meaty ......like a good steak LOL
Dont know where that description came from ......but seems about right

Yeah I think if you want steak then this isn't the module you want. Not real big on DSLs either but a good genericish tone for comparison.
