Well regardless. It's a stupid rule IMHO and someone was vocal about it. I have no right to talk, and im sure that people are gonna dislike me more because the things i post. I think we are getting into this a lot further then needed.

I started reading this and immediatly got angry only because on the Mesa Boogie Forum they are all f&*king assholes that think they are above the rest because of their sacred amps. You ask one simle NooB question and get blasted by dikheads, (this is my personal experience)

I don't want this site to turn into that because we have A LOT of awesome guys on here, and we're all cool with each other.

Good job to all the guys on here for keepin this one of my favorite sites.

...for the record, I don't feel like I should be given any exceptions to the rules, uniformed service or not. The only reason I mentioned it was to give everyone an idea of my background. In other forums that I've been a part of, introducing ones self and giving a bit of your background was the norm. Anyway, I had no intention of using my background to attain anything. I also had no intention of coming across as angry at the community. I was angry at a rule that I felt did not serve it's intended purpose adequately enough to justify the inconvenience it created for a new guy wanting to use a particular aspect of the forum. Anyway, all that being said I think at this point we'd all agree that hostilities can cease. No harm no foul.

TF- welcome!...if your going for the "home recording" route and not going to be playing loud gig's i'd look at a less wattage MTS gear that includes the MIC ELIMINATOR..IMO it's effin" great recording tool !!! plus i heard on a RM20 you can do silent recording !!! killer

but if your looking for channel switching and balls on volume go for the 100 or rm4/power amp set up!!!
cheers
I'm bringing HEAVY back!!!!!
