I got scammed by him too. Sent him 90 bucks for the Plexi. Should have known it was too good to be true.

I have a pp account with no money in it so I tried to send him a Postal Money Order but he wouldn't send me an address! I felt bad about having to retract my offer. We need to find this guy and give his fingers the "Grand Piano" treatment! Three or four times starting with the tips and moving them inward an inch each time to his knuckles. Theat would guarantee no repeats! I have a bad feeling about this and wish you guys the best in recouping your money!

PayPal Dispute update

Post by Masterblaster27 » Sun Jun 07, 2009 11:19 am

I had an email message from eBay to call this morning to discuss my dipute with monstermash336 aka Paul Divinci. I told them I believed I was the victim of fraud and gave them more details including what is posted on this forum and how many others are looking for him. After reviewing the account all she would share was it was "under investigation" and he has not responded to any disputes. Also said if they suspended the account PayPal should automatically find in my favor on a claim. I can't escallate my PayPal "dispute" to a "claim" until June 13th. But rest assured I will be doing that and initiating a chargeback on my credit card at the same time.

I escalated to a claim on 3 out of 4...the 4th I have to wait until Tuesday.

As your module advisor, I strongly urge others to do the same

Look at the various street and aerial views. Which makes sense because you will see in the 2nd link, a according to Google maps the address does not exist.

Yeah, it's not like Post Office checks your drivers license to confirm you put down the correct return address.

However, didn't RIP buy a Slodano mod from Okstrat last week? Return addresses can be faked, but shipping addresses tend to be real physical locations. (Unless ordering from Pete was a clever headfake to make RIP seem more legit.)

I'm doing it in about 5 hours, that's when it'll let me. Better do it as soon as possible people, no point in waiting for monday!

I just escalated my dispute to a claim thru PAYPAL.
If the guy is legit then good for him. He can sell the modules to someone else. To me its just bad news and want my money back.
