Salvation sub-forum?

Post by JKD » Wed Jun 24, 2009 5:12 pm

Hey guys, now that Anthony has established himself fairly well...it'd be nice and useful if there was a sub-forum for his stuff.

It's been kept fairly closely to only a handful of threads currently..maybe they could be moved over too?

Just a thought...

He really deserves a subforum. He takes mods to another level and is the nicest guy. I'll be ordering a couple of his custom modules in a week or so.

I'll second that. Anthony's a really great guy and he's doing lots of mods for so many people on the forum. He does deserve his own little space...but of course, its down to you moderators.

I think it would be good as he has gotten established
Could you move his previous Salvation based threads to the new sub-forum as it would instantly give folks a taste of what that section would be about and make it easier for us to find them too

Loads of modules (50 at last count)
Chasing great tones for my custom built guitars.

I made that same suggestion about 5 months ago, but was told that Salvation would have to contibute some money to the forum in order for that to happen.

+2, I'm in favor of a sub-forum for Salva!!!!!!! :D

Anthony is doing unbelievable things for us on the other side of the big sea. It?s always great to work with him and see, that he can make a lot things possible. A nice guy and always helpful.
He made me love my Randall even more.
Now I bought a RM20 for playing at home and love to be one of a few people here in germany playing Randalls.

Cheers !!!

Sounds fair to me, since his referrals and advertising on here are basically free right now :D

It's great that we all recognize the quality of his work but maybe he should decide if he wants to do so or not because it is a financial decision.

It would be pretty cool though...

Other than doing mods Salvation does nothing to support the forum. Where as Pete helps out financially to keep everything running.

Sub-forums aren't just given away it's actually a form of advertising and advertising isn't free.

Fair point, Ned. I reckon it would be a great investment.

Guys, thank you for your support.

I cannot afford my own subforum yet.
Last month I donated "famous randall endorser" RIPDICKSTUDIOS.LTD by 150 USD.
Now I am in financial crisis.

Just joking

edit: and I think it is fair from ned.
I do not want extra advertisement for free.
When I deicide to do subforum in future, I will pay for it for sure.
This forum is great, full of fine people (except dickhead Divinci), and I thank you all for it.
