I went thru a FJA Modded Marshall JCM800, ENGL FIREBALL 100, ELMWOOD M90, Marshall JCM800 2203KK(Kerry King model)
Rivera KR7(Mick Thomson signature amp) Mark Cameron Modded amp. Ummm.......think thats it.
I am on the Prowl for a Mesa Mark III right now.... :D

Trust me.....I still keep my ear on the ground VERY CLOSE with the MTS gear.

Glad to see the gang is all here and still rocking out! :D

Just a quick update. Yes I still pop in here quite often and see whats new in the MTS land. I am currently playing a Rivera KR7 and a Mesa Mark III. Loving the rig. Cab is still my old faithful Lynch box.
Looks like alot of new modules out there since I been gone.
Wish I could here a few in person but I am sure they are awesome.

Anyhow.......thats about it if anyone cares.

Rock on.....

Dan

Actually that was my 3rd Engl. But it was a new Engl Fireball 100 not the powerball. I had the Invader 150 and the Savage in the past.
Now its the Rivera KR7 (Mick thompson signature amp) and the Mesa Mark III. What great amps. Been doing alot of trading of amps the past year. I am pretty set with these two for a while.
Until I get a chance to land that Diezel Herbert. :D
But at $4000.00 it seems a little out of reach at the moment.

Still out in AZ Ray?
My Parents moved out there in 2004. Out in Surprise AZ. Nice town.
I lived in Mesa and Chandler area back in 1990 for about a year. Gets a little warm in the summer out there for me!

Yes, still enjoying Mesa, AZ- and this is a great time of year too weather wise.
I have all my gear in the garage now, but when it gets to be 120 in July I think it's back into the small bedroom at quiet levels again :(

Good to see you Danno

That Mark III and Rivera are just too KILLER sounding at the moment to make me stray.......
But I am always checking things here.....
Salvation is coming out with some good modules. 8)

Hey Mailman,
I'm interested to know your thoughts on the Elmwood. I've heard great things about them, but without the ability to test one myself, not sure if it lives up to the hype (Eg Bogner killer).
Cheers

the Elmwood was ok. Not a bad amp at all. Had a very Boutique sound to it. Like a Soldano Slo of sorts? I got rid of it after one weekend of playing it. I got it to be my 'metal' amp and I had a JCM800 2203kK Marshall that when I ran a boost in front it copped alot of the Elmwood feel.
So I traded the Elmwood for the Rivera KR7 and have not been happier.
That is the best amp ever to sit on top of my cabinet.
It still blows me away. Tone for days and super versatile.
Hope this tid bit helps. The Elmwood sounded good...but other amps sound better. At least to me.
