Looking for a Marshall or Bogner modded mod. No stock mods please!

More specifically:

Mash-All, 59RR, JF SM or SG XTC, Shiver, Vishnu, etc.

No MK22 please. Had one, didn't like it (too stiff & dry).

What is the S/D switch on the Salvation Xtasy?

I gotcha. Don't think I've seen it referred to as that. Was hoping it was one of the Xtasy's with the Shiver switch option...
