Just wanted to see what the "wah of choice" is for modular rigs, knowing well in advance that there won't be one answer.
I've tried a bunch of options over the years, and my most recent setup has been to use a Crybaby 95Q and Morley Bad Horsie together. Always liked the switchless design idea. I've found that the Bad Horsie is more suited to "lead wah" work, while the 95Q delivers the classic "porno-funk" clean tone.
Would love to get down to one super-versatile wah (switchless or not) on the pedalboard... have been eyeing the Teese RMC3 and Fulltone Clyde Deluxe recently, but haven't pulled the trigger yet.
