Rio grande pickups

Anybody ever tried Rio Grande pickups?I thought I'd check them out and put a big bottom box set in my paul and WOW!These things have lots of punch and a fat a** lead tone,really response,almost active without the battery :shock:

Yes, but I have had the single coil sets. Those guys make great stuff. Started out with a set of Half Breeds in my sunburst Strat. Sold that one but got another set for my white Strat. I put Muy Grande's in that one. Big woody tones. haven't tried the humbuckers ... yet. I wouldn't mind hearing a set of those in my PRS.

Oh, and I have an old Drive Train OD, awesome pedal. I LOVE the new set neck guitars. The Volcano is the coolest flying V I've seen since the Ibanez Rocket Roll and I want a Daredevil HB really bad!
