You think this is a legit deal? It smells fishy to me
 
The thing that seems fishy is that the sellar hasn't had any activity in almost three years. Look at his feedback.
 
you could contact ebay and ask about this seller. it might be legit,or it could be somebody using an older name that has previous feedback. I'd check it out.
 
Id check them out thoroughly. But I have bought from other "wholesaler" type people on ebay and had good transactions.
I once save $300 on a brand new ampeg SVT410HLF cab and $70 on a brand new BBE Supacharger pedal power supply. So it could be legit. But make sure you are certain before buying.
