I've been eyeing this up for over a year, finally got it today from the MFriend stupid deal- wow, this thing destroys my tama rockstar snare--flat out awesome and possible the best $ I've spent on a clear upgrade. Anyone looking at this, it is an awesome hard rock metal cannon
 
Yeah, I was mixing a couple weeks ago at a club and the drummer came in with one. My first time hearing one. Blew me away. Not a one trick metal pony at all. very warm and had just enough ring. Actually the band was a jimmy buffet tribute band - dont worry - my self-inflicted shotgun wounds have healed. Ill be fine
