Does anybody know how do the eight internal switch of the rm1250 work ?

I need to choose the midi channel et disable the phantom power

If there is a rm1250 jedi master somewhere ?

I read it but the problem is that there is nothing about the internal switch on the owner manual of the rm1250 and the switch are not the same than in the rm4

There is not rm1250 midi manual ....

I think all bets are off with the RM1250 as far as being similar to the other amps. I suppose I would still try to configure the dip switches as suggested in the other manuals. You may get lucky. The dip switches to enable/disable phantom power are on a separate board on some of the other amps if I recall correctly. Give that a look when you get in the chassis. If that is the case, it should be easy to change.
 
The problem is taht in the rm4 you've got 4 + 2 switch and in the rm1250 you've got 8 together

It's difficult to find common thing

I asked to randall, they give me the CC configure but no answer for the switch configuration

No doubt. Only about 80,000 possible combinations. :shock: or 56? I was never good at figuring out permutations.
