In the M4 there is the push switch near the midi connector that can allow or disallow the phamtom power to pin 4 and 5

Do you know if its on when the button is inside (down) our outside (up) ?

On my M4 i've go too an external switch near the tubes and do you know what is it for ? It seems to switch off the fan but is standard or customize ?

Thanks for you answer

On the M4 you could email Egnater to find out. I don't have an M4 myself.
It might be useful to you to buy a Digital Multimeter so that you could test for voltage at pins 4 and 5 to verify the presence of voltage there. Of course the meter would be useful for many other things. If you ever acquire an RM100 or RT2/50 or an RM50 it would be necessary to set the bias to the power tubes. Sorry I can't give you a better answer.
