RM100 power tubes not lighting up

I have a RM100 with no power tube lighting up and no tube failure lights are on. It is powering up with modules on and the fan is on. I am getting a signal because I am getting level readings on my TC Electronics Gmajor. Please help !

And no dull orange light at all in the power valves? If so, and with that description, the first suspicion would be the fuses shown for the power valves heaters (T8A according to the schematics).

Not sure why one or other might have failed, and I've not delved into my RM100 yet to know if they are user-replaceable.

thanks for reply, changed fuses. Valves are on. in 10 seconds big bang. time for amp shop repair now.
