Owners Manuals for the different M4 Pre-Amps

Are there anybody out there that have the "Owners Manuals" for the different types of M4 Pre-Amps?

I would appreciate it a lot if anyone could send me a PDF copy of the manual for the dual channel w/ and whitout the effect loop and also the same for the single channel ones.

I was only asking for Egnater M4. I have two different ones. One where the midi dip switches are on the outside and one where there is no dip switches on. There may be inside the unit but I haven't opened it.
