Do any of the modders do module repair? I've got a dual channel Egnater VX with a funky bright switch (module makes rustling noises whenever the bright switch is engaged - swapping tubes didn't help).
Technically I know I could send it to Bruce / Ian and they'd probably repair it for free, but (not bashing the Egnater shop, FWIW) they've had my MOD100 in for repair for about 5 months now, so I'm not optimistic that a "quick" repair would be all that quick. I'd rather just pay for quick turnaround since the VX is one of my most-used modules.
