+1. USPS First Class. Don't use Priority, First Class in less expensive.

First class is lesss expensive,but you dont get tracking....shipping a module to France with Priority/EMS is about $40 and it only takes about a week to arrive...usually longer to get to the destination due to customs.....and you get tracking up until the person gets teh item....First class is about half of that but you dont get tracking and it takes abouututwice as long..Ive used both ecently...I typically let the buyer decide siince they pay shipping costs....but Ive used both and havent had any issues....
 
USPS is best afaik. The tracking also converts to the Dutch (and other EU I presume) postal service so you can track all the way through. :)

Last package I ordered with UPS that came from the US went through about 4 random cities in the US, then came via England, Germany and Belgium into the Netherlands. No wonder they get expensive :roll:
