Hi
I have a RM22 I would like bypass the current footswitch design

I want to use the amp the my pedalboard and my pedal looper that uses a
1/4" jack just to switch between channels

As I dont like or use the boost functions I have no need for them
unless they can be modded to sound more transparent ?

Any tips or advice would be appreciated
Cheers

I have been thinking the same thing,my RM22 footswitch is missing and it can only be switched manually.
I had also about about modding the boosts to be built in Tube screamer style circuits but I have already modded my RM22 so much that I could never recover the costs in resale.
Maybe that is a good reason to do it anyway. :D

I got the RM22 cheap and wasn't expecting much
to my surprise its pretty good

I also have the RM4 and RM100 and like the RM22 the most
there is a lot of punch in this little amp

As for the Gain and Boost
It sounds like they are after the modules
as they effect or change the tone drastically like a tube screamer after a distortion or a TS in the FX loop of an amp

I haven't seen any mods to fix this though
