I was hoping to get a bit more brightness/presence out of my Dave Friedman Treadplate.
I like the overall sound, but externally i eq in a bit of presence/top end to finish it off. As well as a tiny bit of 250hz to push it along a bit more.
Ideally, it'd be nice to have a mid sweepable pot, aswell as some sort of presence knob or switch.
I've tried many tubes and variations etc, but i can never get over JJ's, they are just the richest, lushest fullest detailed sounding tube, and little dark (some may say dull) but still have the nice amount/quality of fizz.
It's just in the overall end result I am wanting a bit more eq wise from the module
