I tried looking this up first and came up without. Can anyone comment on this?
It looks like some of the modules I've purchased (all used of course) have 1/4 watt resistors installed.

Thanks to all fellow MTS users!! I love this place!

Most resistors are 1/4 watt. Exceptions are typically R1, R2, R3, which are 1/2 watt.

Ok, Thanks. I wasn't sure since, for example, on the XTC Board Layout it shows( 2 of the plate resistors (r8, r15) and the cathode resistor (r19) are marked 1/2 watt where most of the other resistors are not marked.

plate R's are 1/4W ~ lol

since every other tube amp uses atleast 1/2W for Plate resistors
it would be a good "rule of thumb" - don't cha think ?

heat dissapation ??

I suggest 1/2 watt resistors in all locations. R1 - R3 you would be fine with 1/4W. If in doubt, go higher.

Thanks, man. Ahh the woes of being a noob.
