Syn 2 problems - high pitched squeal, now no sound

So I had a high pitched squeal at rehearsal when I turned on my rig. Shut it off then back on. Had some volume and it just faded away to nothing. Now the Syn 2 is silent, the lights all come on and the tubes appear to be warming up. I replaced the tube in the V1 slot and no change. So I don't think this is a tube problem now. Anyone have any ideas? Posted on fb group and emailed support as well.

Finally on its way back, the only details I received were they replaced the transformer.
