Lack Syn-2 and modules

Post by Kriig » Mon Apr 15, 2019 1:41 am

Hi :D

Does anyone knows whats up with the lack of Syn2 and some modules in Europe? (i don't know if it's the same in the US)

The Syn2, 5050, SLO and Morgan is sold out all the time.
I see that the SLO has not been in a shop for months. Is this due to demand, or is it lack of parts for the module itself?

Does anyone know?

Cool. Pretty expensive to get this shipped to Norway iirc.. And with Brexit in the works it’s all a little unsure.

But thanks anyway. :D

Thomann and Musik Produktiv are the ones i check out.
They haven’t had the SLO in stock since i checked them first time in January. And neither of them has SYN2 in stock.

Digging up a bit of an old thread here, but I am finding a similar thing,
particularly looking for the Synergy OS Dumble clone module,
or is there an MTS module (modded or not) that is as good/better
and is or could be got to europe/UK.

Also maybe a Syn-1 an RM4 or an M4
Maybe even a Syn-2, but it would have to be a bargain 8)

Also, would there be any interest in a lightly used Morgan AC Synergy module?
Almost enough posts to post in the classifieds now...

I'm assuming "whats up" is they have been shut down for six or so weeks and haven't been building or shipping anything thanks to the pandemic.

For what it's worth, it seemed that the SYN-2 was out of stock almost everywhere before the COVID-19 situation really hit.

Before COVID hit big in the USA, we'd already seen weeks of availability problems on technology products due to COVID hitting China and shutting everything down. I'm sure Synergy is impacted by that too.
