Finally figured out how to connect 2 Syn-2's and my Mod50. Gives me 12 channels of goodness :)

Mod50 Return to Master Syn2 'from amp return'
Master 'from send' to Slave L (mon) output
Mod50 Send to Slave ' from amp send'
Slave 'to ext amp' to input of Mod50
Master 'to ext amp' to input of Slave

Ignore the cable coming from the master L output, should be connected to the slave out on the Mod50. Also need to make some more cables but I haven't unpacked the garage yet from the move :(

And yes, the jumper on the parallel loop makes a huge difference :)

Top Syn-2 is the master. It's loaded with a T/DLX and Vai. Bottom has a HBE and SLO. Mod50 has a VX and either a SL2 or EG3/4.

My SL2 has gotten really buzzy sounding - tube?

Here is an updated picture.

So there are two changes from your prior picture?
1) You got rid of that unnecessary cable coming form the Master SYN-2's L/Mono Output jack
2) You have a Line 6 HXFX plugged between your guitar and the Master SYN-2, but that cabling is not visible (in front of rack).

Is that correct?

Sort of. I've had the HXFX connected the entire time and always to the front of the master Syn2, The cable from the L out was just plugged into the wrong spot which I called out. It should have always been in the Mod50 Slave Out.

I probably forgot to point out about the HXFX going to the front input.
