OS module low output???

Greetings,

I picked up an OS module last week for my RM22, I'm noticing it has about 1/2 the output of my Plexi and other randall modules. I had a bassman module a while back and didn't have any issues. could this be one of the pre tubes?
 
That's the first thing to check. Swap them with another module. That happened to me with a Mr Scary a long while back.
