I am going to be running my RM4 through my rm4 for a while until i get another preamp since i really dont like the way the EL84's sound in my poweramp. So heres my question with an amp switcher can i switch between my rm4 and still switch to the rm100 and still be able to use those 3 modules?

Depends, what kind of amp switcher? I'd recommend a dedicated midi controller (not the Randall controllers) and a midi switcher.
