A high gain run through of the Pit Viper (Mamba Prototype) by Salvation Mods, recently serviced in the US by non other than Mr Johnny Wadd!
WARNING - Death Metal content!
This module, which costs less than 1/3 of a Framus Cobra (from which it's based), can stand toe to toe with the real thing any day!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Again, sorry for the long *** video, but there's so much to cover!!!

Thanks guys, the video was a quick rush job. I'm going to do a proper direct recorded, or maybe even reamped video soon, with editing! haha

Hey, i saw the shorter video today.

And yes - running the module volume around 1 o'clock really brings the mods to life! then just dial in the gain, and eq to taste :)

Nice job :)

Exactly! After you mentioned it, I decided to give it a go. I hadn't before, as we're in a new house and the downstairs neighbours have an infant, and I don't like to turn the volume up high.
But POW! The RM20 actually had punch again!
It's been 4 years since I've had a Salvation Mod, and I'd honestly forgot just how great they are! More will follow.... :)

This second vid sounds much fuller...awesome! \m/

I've had a handful of RM20s, including an RM22 and it never failed to amaze me brutal that little amp could get with the right pre-amp.....loud as all heck too.
