Bias setting for RG50TC

Hi,

I want to change the tubes and bias my Randall RG50TC. Does anyone know the proper voltage setting for this amp when biasing. I read somewhere that it's 35-40 mVDC but I'm not certain.

Which type are you changing to?

Swapping out 6L6 with new 6L6 power tubes, different brands.

I'm not sure off the yop of my head, but i'm almost 100% certain that all 6L6 valves run at roughly the same voltage. A quick Google search should reveal all.

They should be biased between 28-35 mV DC according to my RM100 manual. I usually bias my tubes around 31mV though as a happy medium.
