So, my stock blackface decided to do odd stuff, like give unmusical distortion

I checked the signal chain for too hot signal, changed tubes (in module and RM-4, used an AT7 as well),
screwed with levels, switched slots, to no avail

I must add, that I had this for a while, but only when maxing the high and switching on the bright, as of a few weeks, it seems to be getting worse.
Now setting the gain below midnight makes it anemic

So,.. what could it be

Apparently, there's more going on than a wonky Blackface

overnight my heavy modules just lost half their gain
running my mash-oldano with the OD boost sounds like it's not on,
my Angel as well lost it's brutality
-speaking of balls, there's an added lack :)?: )of low end

So if you rulled out the modules and the RM4 it must be the power amp. Do you have another amp with a serial loop that you could plug the RM4 into?

What output of the RM4 are you using? Pre-loop, post-loop or serial-loop send?

I have had a power tube go out and on my MOD50 it sounded like less gain, low end and volume.

Unfortunatly it's just the RM4 running into my PC, no added gainstages there :)

Using the Pre-loop out makes no difference
It certainly around the RM's V1, since it influences all my modules
already tried the back and front inputs, just in case, but no change
