Ceramic cap for C3 in a module?

Any thoughts on using a ceramic disk cap for C3 in a module? Are these caps noisier than other types?

I'm not sure of things like this but also try posting this question in the DIY section. Those guys get uber deep with this kinda stuff.

You'll get a ton of feedback in DIY...I will say that ceramic is not likely your best option in C3...A wima or poly would be better and smoother to my knowledge....Having said that, it has much more to do with the value you select and the variance of the type of cap you use...Some can swing wildly in their values giving different results each time...Ceramic are known for having wide variances...

Don't quote my terminology BTW...Just offering what I know...

Ceramic Disc Cap?

Just try it....my experience in seeing a few with this mod is that they sound more agressive/treble.
