I just got this today and I've been having a blast playing with it, but it's just not for me. I've been wanting to try one every since it was announced.
It does include the optional clean channel.

Me too.
It's hard to put a finger on what isn't clicking for me.
For me, it would be a great lead channel.
But I've already got a couple of great lead channels.
I was actually looking to fill a low/mid gain spot and
for my style and pickups, it's close, but no cigar.
If I had more cash to play with, I'd keep it.
I'm sure it will be perfect for someone.

Yeah true.

I just saw a video.this morning of Alex skolnick playing an actually Buddha head and it sounded fucking terrible, and his playing was off too. Must have been drunk

Ha!
Here's a few demos I found on Youtube of Buda tone:

Joe Bonamassa

The bonamassa one is what I know they sound like. Skolnick must have been drunk haba

Skolnick is a great player, but I've rarely loved his tone, regardless of the amp (just what I've heard, which isn't exhaustive of his catalog.)

For the Buddy module, the Bonamassa and tele demos sound more like what I expect, although I set mine a bit different. I've been really enjoying mine, both channels and modern vs vintage? Tone.

It's unique and versatile and I'm surprised it's still here.
