I've been searching through the history of our glorious forum but I can't really find a good answer as to how to differ the earlier rm100 problem-infested version from the later more reliable updated ones.
If I understand correctly, the initial rm100 had some midi-issue and arching problems. Are there any simple tell signs to easily identify the version? Serial number? Do I have to opened it up? Or should one perhaps assume that an amp that has survived up to this point in time should be one of the improved ones.
