I want to use the Syn-1 with an Ox and don't want to run it through an FX Loop of a tube amp. Something small for bedroom use.
Recommend a low wattage Poweramp for Syn-1

The Fryette Power Station would work well as a power amp.

I use a mesa 50/50 that has a low wattage switch that drops it down to 15 watts. Or one of those 200$ monoprice tube amps on the 1watt setting into the fx loop, but you said you didnt want to do that. It sounds pretty mean at low volume though!
