Hi everyone,
This may be obvious for most of you but I don’t really understand what is the syn1 and syn2. Is this just the housing with no preamp which is more expensive than the modules, or it is the housing with a preamp?

The Syn1 and Syn2 are the housings or docks that the modules go into. The modules and housings are all sold separately from each other.
 
It may seem expensive at first, but just think of all the amp you will have access to after your initial purchase....and they are all under $400. Imagine a Deizel for $400. That's where you really save money.
