The latest line in our search and percuration of possible causes of my non-functioning unit. Its serial is 02022804 I believe; that 28 might be a 23.

I have got my unit working with a step-down transformer except for the SL+ module (probably the voltage regulator). Facts remain though: It was wired for 120V and there were only two leads of the primary coil.

No lugs other than the 120V one has been used on the voltage selector and two leads of the transformator has been cut and taped with electric tape, one white and one blue. Reference?
