Tech work

Post by not_so_new » Tue Aug 15, 2006 9:14 pm

Anyone know a tech in the western PA area that can work on a module? I have an XTC that has died and I checked everything that I can.

I bought it used and I am pretty sure there it is not covered by Randall (but for the record there are companies out there that will cover their gear for life regardless of who bought it, I think more should work this way).

Anyway, I just want to get it fixed and I want to find a place close by if I can.

Thanks.

I would check with Randall first before making the assumption that they won't fix it.

Where in Western PA are you? I'm in Northeast Ohio and a friend of mine is a tech. If you're not too far away I could possibly put you in touch with him.

Randall told me last week that they're 4-5 weeks behind on repairs.
