Does swapping out for new tubes really make a difference? If so any suggestions for new tubes? Can and or is this easy to do? I have only had my V2 for about a week, but I know it has been played by the likes of Michael Angelo Batio and maybe it will enhance my amps sound?
Thanks guys!

I don't think it changes your sound that much.
Sometimes it might sound a little brighter, or crunchier with certain tubes.
I bought my V2 used and then changed the tubes right away.

I put the same Electro Harmonix 12AT7 tube it came with in the power section(the one tube behind of the 3 preamp tubes).
As for the 3 preamp tubes in the front I tried the Tung-sol 12 Ax7's. I payed some extra money to have them balanced and checked well. Now the V2 is a little quitter and sounds a little crunchier.

Like in all other tube preamps or pedals with tubes like Damage Control or H&K, sound goes dull when tubes are getting old.
Answer is: you should change your tubes after certain time ... depends on hours of work.
