I have a Randall RH100 head. I blew out a fuse on it, and ever since I got it repaired, the overdrive channel has a loud static sound that is very noticeable while not playing. While this isn't a problem in bar gigs, we are about to go into the studio and it will be a problem there. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

My RH200 used to do the same thing. I found it to be my guitar and not the amp.
If it is quiet without the guitar plugged in then try a different guitar. It could also be a circuit board problem. Maybe a capaciter.
