Some who should know would say the Twin sounds twangier than the Deluxe. Randall say the Deluxe sound twangier than the Twin. Is that all subjective talking?
I know Eric use both the Fender Twin and Deluxe and maybe I'll get one of each later on, but for now I think I could make do with one Fender style module. The twang bit isn't really the issue but the versatility of the module.
Also he used to have a Dumble he described as a hotter Twin, so an idea of mine was to OD a Twin module for a similar effect. Any thoughts? He used to run a tube-OD into the Dumble anyway for a rather brash, semi-clean sound.
