Randall has always had crap service. When I was a dealer trying to push MTS, they constantly sent the wrong products, claimed that an order had shipped and then two weeks later say that the order was still on back order status. They even shipped a fairly large order with 4x12 cabs to my home address instead of my store address. I also went through about 3 reps and 4 inside guys within a year.
A friend of mine asked me about becoming an Randall dealer and I told him to run the other way! He didn't listen and then came to me with the same bad service stories.
Let's just hope that Bruce Eganter can save the modular line and take it to the next level. Help us Obi Bruce Kanobi, you're our only hope!
