After getting 2 lemon RT503H's, they shipped me a third. I'm glad to say, NO ISSUES, and want to give a big THANK YOU for all these guys did to make this happen in such a timely manner. They went above and beyond, and put up with my impatience & disgust, but it all came together. I chalk this all up as a one in a million fluke.

Unit #3 sounds fantastic, and since I've been unable to play much in the past 3 weeks, I have sore fingers from playing the **** out this thing for several hours last night! It sounds FANTASTIC!

THANKS GUYS! You helped me out tremedously, and I thought it fitting to say so.

Right on!!
I love to hear about people having good experiences with customer service. I've heard about people having trouble with Randall, but I have always had really good service. I got to commend you on your patience, but it sounds like it paid off for you. You got a great amp and the knowledge that there is support available.
