Nope not the tubes

So i just got another T2 shipped and tried to to put the tubes from the new head in the (old/blown) T2, before i send it back........same problem


Still sounds as if the standby is on.
I'm getting a very faint yet fully distorted signal,.
When i turn it loud it crackles


Could it be the input jacks?

Speaker inputs?
If so is there a shop that you guys go through that could fix it, so i c an use it a s back up?
