RANDALL CO. WONT HELP! CAN SOMEONE ELSE?!?!?!?!?!? PLEASE!!

aight, i emailed randall about 2 weeks ago and called them a week ago to get the info that i need to fix my amp! NO LUCK WITH THAT SO FAR! odd as this is the power transformer went out, and i know not of the ratings on it to replace it! thats what i qeustions randall co. with! i even found the actual manufacturer of the transformer no luck from them! I am in no way dogging the awesome randall co. i just need to get this amp fix asap! if any one has any clue of the ratings, email me asap!

it is a Randall RG100HB solid state head, if you need any more info let me know! thanx to anyone who has an idea!

Seems no one cares. Wish I could help you. Nobody answered my post either.

We found an older RG100 transformer that we've sent to him. This should be the drop in replacement for the amp that he has.
