There seems to be a lack of Rverb clips around. I remember Fig having a walkthrough video a while back, but i cant find it now.
Looking to hear how good it is driven, not for metal, but in high gain for heavy punk rock. I want to hear how well it grinds, or should i look elsewhere?

My RVerb is my top mod for sure. It's a very British tone, mids cut like a knife, or it can get very scooped for the stoner rock kinda thing. But, it is unique, much as the Orange amps are. There is just something else there that sets it apart from the Marshall's. If your looking for the kind of grind that you'd hear from Rise Against, the RVerb is your mod. Sorry, that's the only punk-inspired band I know well enough to know their tone. But, I think it'll do what your looking for. I'll see if I can record a couple clips with mind tonight, see if there's something I can pull out of my a$$ that would fit in that punk grind box your after.

Btw - I use mine for mid-gain and higher gain stuff, but not metal. Just a great rock, southern rock, and even blues tone. It can do metal too, but I prefer mesa-type tones for that.

We'll see if this works.. Please ignore the playing, just kinda threw some stuff together that seems like it shows off the module. First two clips are originals from my band, just a couple of my rhythm lines that I use the R'Verb for - gain at about 9 o'clock. Second two are the only covers that I know that seem like they might be of help to you in this situation (dont know many covers to begin with really) - module set same as first two, but hit with a tube screamer out front.

Recorded with my LP, Duncan Custom 8 in the bridge (all I use here), thru my RM100 with 6L6's, into Reaper w/Redwirez speaker cab IR's. It always loses clarity when I export audio from the daw, no idea why. So add some presence in your mind, cuz it sounds a bit muffled to my ears. Sounds great direct from the daw tho... Maybe someone can tell me how to keep that from happening...

Here's two quickies from a couple of years ago.

I got the JF Dual RVerb from Dan in his sale recently...and I gotta say it is just simply superb...both channels are excellent.

The Clean isn't really....clean, that is.... but it has great tone!

Something so cutting in the mids without being harsh...
